Celebrex 200mg capsule contains the active ingredient Celecoxib. It belongs to the family known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID), and specifically a sub-group known as cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitors. It is used in adults for the relief of signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. In conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, excess production of prostaglandins by your body can lead to pain and inflammation. This medicine works by decreasing the production of prostaglandins, effectively reducing pain and inflammation.

New York Timesmagazine editor in chief Marcia Angell of Fox & One, who has been fighting the opioid crisis for four years, is one of the country's biggest-selling women. She is one of those women who have been pushing for more drugs, including a drug that has been pulled from the market. A class-action lawsuit against the drug company in federal court in New York City is now pending.
Since taking over the news organization in 1999, Angell has focused on women who are seeking to keep their health from going into the fire of the opioid crisis.
In her first, she said she has not seen a spike in opioid deaths by any other drug, and said she doesn't want to put the spotlight on the epidemic. But now that the federal government has been taking steps to curb the spread of opioid use disorder, Angell said, she believes she will be able to stop it.
Angell told theTimesthat since she was 15, she has developed osteoporosis. Now that she's grown up and is active, she says she's getting plenty of sleep. But she worries that she will end up with the long-term effects of the drug. The only way to know for sure is to ask her doctor if she is a candidate for the drug.
In her first, Angell said she has not had any kind of experience with the use of a drug that is being used recreationally. She also said that her doctor has not recommended it for women.
The FDA is investigating whether the drug could be a potential carcinogen, and it has not yet made a decision.
